TGOC24 payments

How much do I pay?

The fee for a TGOC24 place is £105 per person. Payment is required to secure your place. If you are entitled to a 50% discount your invitation to pay email will include a discount code. Details of who this applies to are at the bottom of this page.

The quickest and easiest way is to pay online using the button below. You can pay for more than one place by adjusting the quantity on the payment page. If you do this, or the account surname differs from your entry form, please inform the coordinators by email to tgochallenge@gmail.com so your payment and entry form(s) can be easily reconciled.

Can I receive a refund or defer my place to 2025?

You have a 2 week cooling of period during which you are entitled to a full refund. Until 14th December 2023 you may request a refund on your TGOC24 place minus an administration fee. After this date refunds are not possible, so if you withdraw you will lose your entry fee. Places cannot be transferred to another person.

Deferrals were introduced to deal with Covid-19 restrictions in 2020-22. TGOC24 places will not be deferrable or transferable except in exceptional circumstances.

Am I entitled to a free or discounted place?

It is complicated, especially if you applied and deferred more than once.

  • Free place – Those with 2020/21 places who deferred before 31st December 2021 and have not subsequently participated and those with 2022 places who deferred before 31st December 2022 and not subsequently participated, vetters, volunteers and sponsors representatives.
  • 50% discount – Those who deferred their 2021 places after 31st December 2021 and have not subsequently participated.

The Coordinators will let you know in your invitation to pay email what you are expected to pay. If you think you are in the wrong group, please contact the coordinators before making a payment. Sending them an email will ensure you place is held until the situation can be clarified.
