Entry and Experience Forms

These will be made available on the Entry Page from October 2025. To see the information you will be asked for click here. If you are new to the Event you may want to prepare your Experience Form section before you enter.

The information below is from TGOC25 but will be a useful guide for TGOC26. Documents will be updated from September.

  • TGO Challenge YouTube channel has plenty of advice (with more to come) on planning, preparing and submitting your route.

Route sheets

  • 2026 route sheet. This is an online form that will be used by the Coordinators and Vetters to assess your route. At the end of the process you will receive a Microsoft Word version for use on the Event. There is no autosave function so we advise you save regularly. You can start preparing your route at any time but please do not hit the submission button before 1st November!
  • Phone in list. Any location listed here is acceptable as a phone in venue. Others may be accepted if there is likely to be a good mobile signal or a landline available.
  • Checklist. However many Challenges you have taken part in please use the checklist before submitting your route to the Coordinators.
