We are delighted to introduce Scruffy Rat, run by regular Challenger Ian Ford. He will produce to order personalised engraved items – some practical and others as mementos of your crossing.
Pin Badge, mugs and posters can be ordered via the Coordinators using the links below.
Now available to order, currently at the printers, is the 2027 TGOC calendar. The pictures have been selected from photos submitted by Challengers from their TGOC 2026 crossings – the selection was a difficult task as we had so many beautiful pictures submitted, and we think the end result is really quite stunning.
Calendars can be ordered for £12.50 including UK postage and packing. The net proceeds raised will be donated to Scottish Mountain Rescue teams in the Challenge area – this year to the Torridon and Dundonnell teams
European or other overseas delivery can be arranged, but please contact the co-ordinators for a price before ordering.
With thanks to Scruffy Rat (whose brain-child the TGOC Calendar was) and Logan Terrier for donating their time and enthusiasm to help us bring this calendar into creation.
This year the standard heat map image includes all TGOC26 gpx routes submitted. You can order a soft copy image file (JPG format) that you can use to have printed on any item of your choice (T-shirt, mug, poster, etc).
All of the proceeds from the heat map jpg’s are being contributed to two charities chosen by Gayle Faulkner (who does most of the work to produce the .jpg files) – Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide, and Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse. If you would like to contribute more to these charities, you can do this by increasing the amount in the payment link.
If ordering a jpg please use the Order Form to give your route and personal information, then pay using the appropriate payment button below.
These are ceramic, so for a tea break at home or work rather than in the hills.
They are a similar design to previous years – so you can start or add to your collection!
They will be made to order and available for collection in Montrose in a smash proof box. Alternatively they can be posted to you once If you would like a mug posting outside the UK please contact the Coordinators.
These will be similar to previous years. They need to be ordered and paid for by 31 March 2026 for collection at Challenge Control in Montrose on completing your crossing.
They cannot be refunded. If you withdraw before, or retire during, the event proceeds from your badge will be donated to Mountain Rescue.
Produced and dispatched by Scruffy Rat.
Weighing just 9g this tag is designed to hang on your pack. Engraved on the back can be:
- your name
- emergency contact name/phone number (optional)
- vital medical information that would be useful to someone involved in your rescue (optional).
